To create a jilibetph Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active jilibetph Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. jilibetph reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any third party. jilibetph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jilibetph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
jilibetph may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
jilibetph reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
jilibetph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and Philippine debit cards. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and must match the identity information on your jilibetph Account.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and the payment method used.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. jilibetph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the jilibetph Account.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the Platform's banking section. jilibetph reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments. Players with VIP status may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits.
Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the Platform's fee schedule. jilibetph will make reasonable efforts to notify you before any inactivity fee is applied.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by jilibetph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms. Real Money Funds in your Wallet are used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless otherwise specified.
jilibetph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, jilibetph reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from your Wallet automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting jilibetph support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome. Bonus Funds remaining in your Wallet at the time of closure will be forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable law.
